Return & Refund Policy

Dear friends, we hope you love what you have purchased from us. However, just in case if you are not 100% satisfied, please read followings:

Defective/Damaged Item

  • We are sincerely sorry about this situation! Accident might happen during transportation, and we are here for you.
  • If you received a damaged product, please report to chicchok.service@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt with a picture that shows the damage of your products. Please attach your order number in the email.

  • If the product is still repairable, please find a store and get it fixed, and we’d cover the cost for you, but a picture of related receipt is needed.

Note: We are not responsible for any damage caused to the product due to incorrect use.

Non-Defective Item

  • Products that are not defective can be returned for refund. If you are unsatisfied with the purchase, please contact our customer service first and send the product(s) back to our Distribution Center in accordance with the following Return Policy:

  • We allow customers to apply for return within 7 days after signing. No returns are acceptable after 7 days from the purchase date. (Except the situation of delayed shipping)
Products must be with their original label and packaging.
Products must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
The customer should be responsible for return shipping cost and taxes caused fee.

Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable if any. 

Refund Method

  • All returns are refunded via store credit into your shopping account, or return according to the original payment method.

  • If we are incapable to process a credit to your credit card(expired, invalid or closed accounts), we will provide you with a credit to your account to be used on future purchase.

Non-Refundable Item

  1. You can only return products that are unused, unwashed, and must have the original tags/packaging attached.

  2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: gift cards, products with irreparable marks, and free gifts cannot be returned.

  3. Chic Chok do not provide refunds in case of misuse the product.

Cancellations/Modifications

  • Unfortunately we are not able to make changes after an order has been placed. If you want to cancel or make any updates regarding your order, please contact us for further assistance.

Wrong Address

  • Please note that if the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address, we will not be held accountable and wukk not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount – customers are responsible for providing the correct and clear shipping&billing information upon purchasing products.

  • Please explain your situation by emailing us for further assistance, and we can make the change only if we have not yet shipped your products.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at chicchok.service@gmail.com.
