Thank you for choosing chicchok. Because our products are uniquely handcrafted and customized specifically for you, our return policy differs from off-the-shelf retailers. Please read the following terms carefully:

1. Customization & Production Time 🎨

Each chicchok piece is made to order by our skilled artisans.

  • Production Lead Time: Please allow at least 7 business days for your item to be crafted before it is shipped.

  • Unique Nature: Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in finish or texture are hallmarks of artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

2. Cancellations & Modifications ⏳

We offer a 24-hour grace period after your order is placed.

  • Within these 24 hours, you may request a change to your customization details or a full cancellation.

  • Once this window has passed, the crafting process begins, and we can no longer offer modifications or full refunds.

3. Non-Returnable Items 🚫

Since personalized items are uniquely created for you and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or "buyer's remorse."

  • Incorrect customization details (names, dates, sizes) provided by the customer at checkout.

  • Delays caused by standard shipping carriers.

4. Damaged or Defective Goods (Our Guarantee) ✅

Your satisfaction is our priority! If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we will make it right.

  • Report Window: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

  • Evidence: Email clear photos of the issue and your order number to chicchok.service@gmail.com.

  • Resolution: Verified quality issues are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.

5. Shipping Fees 🚚

  • Original shipping fees (Standard, Priority, or VIP) are non-refundable.

  • For verified quality issues, chicchok will cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.
